I said when I saw this YouTube on Monday, that I would explain why I agree with Colonel Towner about Mike Benz.

BOMBSHELL: Obama’s Smith-Mundt Move LEGALIZED PROPAGANDA in U.S.! With TAXPAYER MONEY!

In 1948, Congress authorized taxpayer funds to manipulate the news cycle overseas. However, the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 established a “Chinese wall” between the propaganda spread overseas to help ensure various powers were elected and what was allowed to be spread here at home. In 2012, Obama “modernized” the act, resulting in the ability to use USAID funds and other vehicles to influence the news cycle here at home. Trish Regan reports that this was the beginning of the end and gave the “establishment” an unreasonable amount of power.

Limited Hangout is a CIA information control tool, it involves the fake ‘disclosure’ of some secret, inside of a limited view; 👉such that related things would not be questioned.  The Agency likes to create the ‘opposition’ which is in fact controlled opposition – an early lesson learned.  The easiest way to infiltrate a counter insurgency, is to start one from scratch (causality).

It is not that he does not bring good information, it is that the information does not add all that much to what we already know. He gives us great details but nothing really new.

For me the big tell is he does not connect the ‘Arab Spring’ to Britain and the Fabian Society. (I cover that in detail towards the end of this article.)

However we can not leave out the British connection. Their goal was to advance ‘The Third Way’ and a one-world ANGLO OLIGARCHY RULED government. The USA provides cannon fodder and money, while NATO & the Brits provide the top down direction. Note it is the BRITS that have continually stalled any peace between Russia and Ukraine.

….The USA until about 1990 was a “Mixed Economy” with some “natural monopolies” under government “control” via “regulation”; and with many competitive markets. We’ve moved to more central planning and more central “regulation” (in some cases as a cover for the “planning” word that has gotten tied to Socialism… so is political to some extent). With the nationalization of GM and the bank “bailout” / “rescue” that was really more of a ‘take-under’ in some ways; we moved to a Lange Type Socialism.

At the next tier down, we have Government-dependent Oligopolies. Say you wanted to make airplanes. First off, you need that dozen lawyers to work the FAA for you. Next up, you need some friends in the Military to feed you contracts. Don’t think so? When Boeing gets a $B contract to ‘study’ or ‘develop’ and you need to design your new tech from scratch on your own money: Who do you think will win? So the government basically decides how many companies it wants, and who they will be, then funds them “to plan” with contracts. (This is NOT a hypothetical… I’ve watched them flat out announce “We’d like Lockheed and Martin to merge” or “we don’t want…” usually when one of them is ‘having issues’ and the topic is raised. Then the government casts the one vote that matters…)

And so it goes…

This is, dare I say it…. basically the same way the Fascist “Third Way” worked. (And it DOES work). FDR and Wilson both had high praise for The Third Way and you can see how they shifted America from a ‘free market’ toward “Third Way” government – corporation “cooperation” … It was this same process / tendency that Ike warned about in the “Military Industrial Complex” speech.

So we’ve moved away from straight up competition (and with good reasons… it is less profitable and more destructive in some ways and it is prone to monopoly practices) and toward that Classical Socialist end of things; with exact placement varying over time. And we called it a “Mixed Economy” at the ‘tepid’ end; as the name “fascist Third Way” got a bit tainted during W.W.II …. that tendency for Mussolini and Hitler to stir in a load of Nationalism and for the Nazis a double helping of Racism spoiled the soup for the Third Way “Socialist Lite” folks like FDR.

And the propaganda worked.

We’ve now got a “Progressive” and a “Third Way” government that IS a form of Socialism. But just don’t ever point out that it’s basically the same “Third Way” process, using what’s properly called “Corporatism”, to achieve the Socialist agenda; that was first innovated by the Fascists… After all, it doesn’t fit the propaganda paradigm “Fascists bad, WORLD Socialists good” put out by Stalin…

This connection between fascists, transnational corporations, and financiers is why I have gone into Mercantilism so deeply. Colonel Towner starts looking at history from WWII on, but the roots go back to the British Empire and the British East India Company.

I first ran across the references to who was actually financing the Bolsheviks and Hitler here: Congressman McFadden’s Speech in1934 before the attempts on his life and the final successful one resulting in his murder……

…These twelve private credit monopolies were deceitfully and disloyally foisted upon this Country by the bankers who came here from Europe and repaid us our hospitality by undermining our American institutions. Those bankers took money out of this Country to finance Japan in a war against Russia. They created a reign of terror in Russia with our money in order to help that war along. They instigated the separate peace between Germany and Russia, and thus drove a wedge between the allies in World War. They financed Trotsky’s passage from New York to Russia so that he might assist in the destruction of the Russian Empire. They fomented and instigated the Russian Revolution, and placed a large fund of American dollars at Trotsky’s disposal in one of their branch banks in Sweden so that through him Russian homes might be thoroughly broken up and Russian children flung far and wide from their natural protectors. They have since begun breaking up of American homes and the dispersal of American children. “Mr. Chairman, there should be no partisanship in matters concerning banking and currency affairs in this Country…

All the evidence for McFadden’s claim is written down in meticulous detail in books by Anthony C Sutton titled “The Wall Street Trilogy” which is a compilation of three works by Sutton.

Colonel Towner gives some of the details found in Sutton’s books. She calls the Hegelian Dialectic, [Problem – Reaction — Solution,] The Strategy of Tension

I can give you the names of the CIA agents that were focusing on this and the DEA agent ?Anglinger? Or what ever. The second stage of all of this for me was figuring out — Well I have got who is doing it, this British Fabian — Round Table Crowd. So how did Communism and Fascism enter into the picture? You have to go back and read Antony C. Sutton‘s books “Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution” and “Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler” and “Wall Street and FDR: The True Story of How Franklin D. Roosevelt Colluded with Corporate America” I highly recommend reading his trilogy, they are not that thick.

There is an address in NYC called 120 Broadway. It is where the Fed was, it was where FDRs first office was, the Boys Club, the Dinner Club, the Rockefeller’s office is, the Rothschilds, the banks, JP Morgan, They are ALL in this building. They orchestrate EVERYTHING out of this building. They do not have to go outside. They funded the Bolsheviks.

Trotsky lived in NYC for several years waiting for the war to end so he could plant the Bolshevik flag.… The Russian civil war in the early 1900s was actually instigated. The were generals that wanted a national referendum, a democracy. Well that was not going to be allowed. Those generals were murdered by people who came from the USA or Britain. The money for the Bolsheviks cam from 120 Broadway and London UK. London housed Lenin, NYC, housed Trotsky. Trotsky went from USA to Canada to Russia on a State Department Visa. [When Canada tried to stop him, the USA intervened -GC] Lenin left London went thru Germany, thru Finland into Russia. London & US facilitated the creation of Bolshevik “Communism.” (50 min)

They did the same thing with Nazism. When Hitler is in prison, Do you know who ‘paid’ to help him write Mein Kempf? We did! We took money from 120 Broadway. Anthony Sutton has the actual transactions because they were carried in diplomatic pouches thru the State Department to transfer the money to pay for his ‘Aide’ to write that doctrine. The Reichstadt fire was a false flag…. It was all set up to create Martial law and usher in Hitler….

I say that because it is important to understand under the Strategy of Tension, if you don’t have chaos and control, then you can not manipulate people….

This critical information about WHO is actually in control of the USA is left completely out of anything I have seen from Mike Benz.

Mike Benz was in the State Department. We now know that the State Department is deeply entangled with the CIA. Second he is pushing the Communist Boogeyman. Communism has ALWAYS been AstroTurf. Remove the funding and it dies. As Margret thatcher said:

Mike Benz: Uncensored: The National Security State & the Inversion of Democracy

…We quickly discovered, through the efforts of the Defense Department, the State Department in our intelligence services, that people were using the internet to congregate on blogs and forums, and free speech was championed more than anybody by the Pentagon, the State Department, and our sort of CIA cut out NGO blob architecture 👉as a way to support dissident groups around the world in order to help them overthrow authoritarian governments, as they were sort of billed. Essentially the internet free speech allowed kind of instant regime change operations, to be able to facilitate the foreign policy establishment’s State Department agenda….

All these things were created initially as DARPA projects or as joint CIA-NSA projects, to be able to help intelligence-backed groups to overthrow governments that were causing a problem, to the Clinton administration or the Bush administration or the Obama administration. And this plan worked magically from about 1991 until about 2014, when there began to be an about face on internet freedom and its utility. 

👉Now, the high watermark of the sort of internet free speech moment was the Arab Spring in 2011, 2012,👈 when you had this one by one.All of the adversary governments of the Obama administration, Egypt, Tunisia, all began to be toppled in Facebook revolutions and Twitter revolutions. And you had the State Department working very closely with the social media companies to be able to keep social media online during those periods. There was a famous phone call from Google’s Jared Cohen to Twitter to not do their scheduled maintenance so that, the preferred opposition group in Iran would be able to use Twitter, to win that election…

So it was; free speech was an instrument of statecraft from the national security state to begin with. 👉All of that architecture, all the NGOs, the relationships between the tech companies and the national security state had been long established for freedom.In 2014, after the coup in Ukraine, there was an unexpected counter coup where Crimea and the Donbas broke away and they broke away with essentially a military backstop that NATO was highly unprepared for at the time. They had one last Hail Mary chance, which was the Crimea annexation vote on, in 2014. And when the hearts and minds of the people of Crimea voted, to join the Russian Federation, that was the last straw for the concept of free speech on the internet

In the eyes of NATO as they saw it, the fundamental nature of war changed at that moment. And NATO at that point declared something that they first called the Gerasimov doctrine, which is named after this Russian military, a general, who they claimed made a speech that the fundamental nature of war has changed. You don’t need to win military skirmishes to take over Central and Eastern Europe. All you need to do is control the media and the social media ecosystem, because that’s what controls elections. And if you simply get the right administration into power, they control the military. So it’s infinitely cheaper than conducting a military war to simply conduct an organized political, influence operation over social media. And legacy media and industry had been created that spanned the Pentagon, the the British Ministry of Defense in Brussels into a organized political warfare outfit, essentially infrastructure that was created, initially stationed in Germany and in Central and Eastern Europe to create psychological buffer zones, basically to create the ability to to have the military work with the social media companies, to censor Russian propaganda, or to censor domestic right wing populist groups in Europe who were rising in political power at the time because of the migrant crisis.

So you had the systematic targeting by our State Department, by our [Inter-Service Intelligence], by the Pentagon, of groups like Germany’s AfD, the Alternative for Deutschland there, and for groups in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Now, when Brexit happened in 2016, it was [it created a] crisis moment where suddenly they didn’t have to worry just about Central and Eastern Europe anymore. It was coming westward, this idea of Russian control over hearts and minds….

Now the entire rules-based international order would collapse unless the military took control over media, because Brexit would give rise to “Frexit” in France, with Marine Le Pen to “Spexit” in in Spain with a Vox party to “Italexit” in Italy, to “Grexit” in Germany, to “Grexit” in Greece, the EU would come apart, so NATO would be killed without a single bullet being, being fired. And then not only that, now that NATO is gone, now there’s no enforcement arm for the International Monetary Fund, the IMF or the world Bank. So now the financial stakeholders who depend on the battering ram of the national security state would basically be helpless against governments around the world. So from their perspective, if the military did not begin to censor the internet, every all of the democratic institutions and infrastructure that gave rise to the. World after World War Two would collapse….

The whole push after the 2016 election and after Brexit and after a couple of other, you know, social media run elections that went the wrong way from what the State Department wanted, like the 2016 Philippines election, was to completely invert everything that we described as being the underpinnings of a democratic society in order to deal with the threat of free speech on the internet. And what they essentially said is we need to redefine democracy from being about the will of the voters to being about the sanctity of democratic institutions. And who are the democratic institutions? Oh, it’s us, you know, it’s the military, it’s NATO, it’s the IMF and the World Bank. It’s the mainstream media, who it is, the NGOs. And of course, these NGOs are largely State Department funded or IC funded. It’s essentially all of the elite establishments, that were under threat from the rise of domestic populism that declared their own consensus to be the new definition of democracy. Because if you define democracy as being the strength of democratic institutions rather than a focus on the will of the voters, then what you’re left with is essentially democracy is just the consensus building architecture within the democratic institutions themselves….

As someone in the State Department, I find it hard to believe he is not aware of NATO and the CIA’s connection to Operation Gladio.

JFK says absolutely not, we are not doing this. Allen Dulles, just before this, had been fired. Lyman Lemnitzer, in what should have been a demotion and a resignation, JFK thought, was reassigned to NATO.

Colonel: JFK had never been told about Operation Gladio. He had never been told that a sub unit of NATO called ACC [Allied Clandestine Committee – GC], was the planning cell for all Operation Gladio events. Unknowingly JFK put Lemnitzer in charge of Operation Gladio. 55:40 – 57:30 — Colonel: Unknowingly JFK put Lemnitzer in charge of Operation Gladio. Why that is important is because Operation Gladio, NATO was first stood-up in Paris France. NATO was not in Belgium.

Charles de Gaulle, the president of France, They tried to assassinate him over 20 times.

He had disbanded an organization called OAS, kinda a secret service operators, but they were actually bad people. It had been set-up before de Gaulle took over. He disbands that at the same time he and JFK are talking about giving Algeria, an African county, their freedom back.

BECAUSE OPERATION GLADIO IS TO CREATE THIS FASCIST ONE WORLD ORDER, NEITHER DEGAULLE NOR JFK ARE ALLOWED TO GIVE ALGERIA THEIR FREEDOM. AFRICA IS GOING TO BE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT A SLAVE COLONY.

There is nobody allowed to be free in all of Africa according to their plan.

So the minute de Gaulle, started saying he wanted the French out of Algeria and he wanted to give Algeria their freedom, they started trying to kill them.

57:30 — Brady: This is the OAS…

57:30 – 58:30 — Colonel: Here is the interesting tie to Operation Gladio and JFK. de Gaulle kicks NATO out. He withdraws French forces from NATO. France does not rejoin NATO until 2009.

Within a year, JFK is dead. The day JFK gets assassinated, the Dallas police picks-up a known OAS agent, and escorts him without questioning him, to the border and dumps him off in Mexico. TWO OF THEM. So the same people known to be trying to kill de Gaulle were in Dallas on the same day that JFK gets murdered.

58:30 – 59:00– Brady: I absolutely agree with what you are saying. I have a couple of quotes to add. There was a phone call between de Gaulle and JFK where JFK says, No I had nothing to do with the coup attempt but I can’t speak for my CIA. And then there is a quote from de Gaulle when he came home from JFK’s funeral, He flat out said on French TV, Kennedy was killed by the same security forces that went after me.

59:05 – 1:01:10 — Colonel: What is interesting about that, is when you go back and start reading things? You go, Oh my God, that is Operation Gladio….

It is not to say everything is, but Operation Gladio explains so much of our history that has been at odds with logic, because you could not see that silent hand in it. They seem to be disconnected but are all somehow tied together.

Operation Gladio is the backbone that ties them all together. We are just talking about history, we are not talking about what [is] going on yet.

…. I was stationed in Italy in 1990. I got off an airplane on August 2^nd. I remember that date because when I got off, an international airplane at the international airport in Rome Italy, there were about five Carabinieris with AK-47s to every one passenger in that terminal. I am looking around and going, what in Hell have I done? I’m thinking Italy is a European country. I have seen all the pictures and I am thinking, Holy crap, are we at war? What happen during those 6 hours I was on a plane.

What happened was Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait while I was asleep on the plane. So I get off the plane in Rome, and they are on high alert. For the people who do not know, there is a lot of speculation that the ambassador who was in charge of Iraq, April Glaspie gave the go ahead to Saddam Hussein to invade Kuwait by basically saying, Oh yeah, If you do that? You know that old squabble you have had over those oil wells down there? We are not going to do anything to you. So what does Saddam Hussein do? He invades.

US Ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie 

….Eight days before his Aug. 2, 1990, invasion of Kuwait, Saddam Hussein met with April Glaspie, then America’s ambassador to Iraq. It was the last high-level contact between the two countries before Iraq went to war.

From a translation of Iraq’s transcript of the meeting, released that September, press and pundits concluded that Ms. Glaspie had (in effect) given Saddam a green light to invade.

“We have no opinion on your Arab-Arab conflicts,” the transcript reports Glaspie saying, “such as your dispute with Kuwait. 👉Secretary [of State James] Baker🤔 has directed me to emphasize the instruction … that Kuwait is not associated with America.”

….She said she was the victim of “deliberate deception on a major scale,” and denounced the Iraqi transcript as “a fabrication” that distorted her position, though it contained “a great deal” that was accurate.

The veteran diplomat awaited her next assignment, later taking a low-profile job at the United Nations….

Glaspie is now US consul general in Cape Town, South Africa.

…But one conspiracy, Masonic in origin, was catapulted into the sunshine one day in March of 1981 when the Italian police searched the home of Worshipful Master Licio Gelli and found a list containing the names of some of Italy’s most prominent officials, including that of Silvio Berlusconi, a man who would become Premier of Italy and a personal friend of George W. Bush.

Founded in 1877, P2 or Propaganda Due was an irregular lodge formed as part of the Grand Orient of Italy. It had few members until Licio Gelli came to power and drastically expanded its membership within one year to over a thousand. Gelli was a former fascist, having been a “black shirt” in Mussolini’s government, and served as a liaison between Mussolini’s government and the Third Reich.

Essentially setting the P2 Lodge up as a shadow government for Italy along fascist lines in the 60’s and 70’s, Gelli’s Lodge included four Cabinet Ministers, all three heads of Italy’s intelligence organizations, forty eight members of parliament, hundreds of military officers, and the cream of the crop of Italy’s industrialists, bankers and diplomats. In addition, he developed high level contacts outside of Italy as well, most notably meeting with Alexander Haig, and contacts with Henry Kissinger and the CIA…. The most notable of the group’s known activities involved the Vatican at very high levels.

Roberto Calvi, nicknamed “God’s Banker”, headed the doomed Banco Ambrosiano that was investigated in 1981 of breaking the law when a whopping $27 million had left Italy in violation of currency transfer laws. Also accused of laundering money for the Mafia, [Remember the CIA/NATO had taken over the Mafia in order to divert the drug money into funding Operation Gladio. — GC] the Banco Ambrosiano collapsed into bankruptcy in 1982.

Calvi had clear connections with Licio Gelli, which led to the discovery of P2 and its infamous list of members. 1:02:30 – — Colonel: The next 90 to 120 days that the exposure is happening in Italy, and then it cascades to all over Europe because Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti isn’t going to take the heat alone.

In October, these people are so tone deaf, that the ACC [Allied Clandestine Committee – GC], part of NATO that has quarterly meetings of Operation Gladio continued to have meetings! They had a meeting in October of 1990 as the exposure is coming out. So in November as more exposure happens, as a result of an investigation into Italy’s Operation Gladio units, All of the European presidents and prime ministers e are saying ‘I KNOW NOTHING!’ Andreotti was so pissed off he got on Italy’s national TV because he was not going to go down alone. He does end up in prison. He calls out every single one of the heads of the European countries, and says, if you know nothing about it, why was your guy at the NATO meeting? These were strategically done in locations where people did not support the ‘appropriate candidate’ that the West or fascists wanted to be elected. So if you were going to vote the wrong way, they would scare the hell out of you to get you to vote the right way.

1:04:45 – 1:05:00 — Brady: This absolutely does not happen in a vacuum. What else is going on geopolitically at the exact same time? The Berlin Wall came down. The dissolution of the Soviet Union. So now we basically have the reverse of what happened post WWII

1:05:00 – 1:06:00 — Colonel: Let’s finish with Argentina, because your point is dead on. I want to point out that talking about the Vatican you have Pope John Paul the First. He was Pope for 33 days. He found out about the Vatican money laundering and was going to expose it but they poisoned him and killed him. Operation Gladio.

Pope John Paul II, knew about it. He is from Poland. So the Vatican charged 10-15% usury fees for doing the money laundering to pad their own books. Some of the money the Vatican got for money laundering, you could argue was used in a good way. John Paul the II funded Solidarity in Poland to stand-up to the Soviet Union.

1:06:00 – 1:06:10 — Brady: That was Pope Pius 12 right? They embezzled over a billion dollars to Argentina but over half of that ends up in Poland for the Solidarity Movement. Pope John Paul II served as Pope from 16 October 1978 to 2 April 2005,– GC]

1:06:10 – 1:09:50 — Colonel: Well Pope John Paul II was the one that did it for Poland. Pope Pius 12 was before, but he was involved in Operation Gladio too.

Pope John Paul II actually starts talking to the Soviets. And one of the Operation Gladio authors with DOCUMENTATION documents messages sent by Pope John Paul II to the Soviet Union suggesting he can siphon some more money through Solidary to the Soviets to help them, because they know the Soviet Union is failing. It is in a critical state at this point, just prior to 1991. That if they wanted to use some of the money to — My words – stand up a more democratic form of government and start selling off the resources to Oligarchs that John Paul II would help with that by funneling money. So leading up to John Paul’s assassination attempt. The Fascists can not have the Soviet Union fall apart at this point because they do not have another Boogeyman right now. So they do not want it falling apart and get pissed off when they find John Paul II is trying to transition the Soviet Union out of being Communist. So they try to kill him. And they use Gladio Operators that were trained in Turkey. We have names, they were eventually arrested. This is all documented. So they get mad at John Paul II for trying to help the Soviet Union so they shoot him. He does not die but he gets the picture. He stops dealing with the Soviets but the Soviet Union falls apart anyway. — Colonel Towner

The new pope that comes in, the current pope, Pope Francis. He is the archbishop in Argentina when Operation Gladio disposes of the friendlier, less fascist president of Argentina and installs a fascist president. A president that instantly starts murdering hundreds of thousands of people. Argentina is a 95% Catholic country so if Pope Francis, as archbishop, had stood up and said stop that, the entire country would have attacked the people doing the murdering. The president would not have gotten away with it if Pope Francis had stood up. Not only did he not do that, he turned in priests that were not 100% Fascist orientated that were taken as prisoners of war. In one of the books are the statements from two who were tortured for over 6 months and Pope Francis never did anything to secure their release. They have a pending lawsuit in Argentina. He will never go there again because he is wanted for Crimes Against Humanity. It is the first time we have had a Pope that is under an Interpol Arrest warrant.

1:09:50 – 1:10:00 — Brady: A lot of that is new to me. It is very interesting. I did not know the Vatican connection was at that level at that point in time.

1:10:00 – 1:10:40 — Colonel: Then the invasion into Kuwait and the Iraq war creates in 1991 — now that they know they have to create a new boogeyman, because the Soviet Union and the ‘Communists’ [are essentially gone] — China at that time is not worthy of being a ‘communist threat’ at this point – They have to come up with a new boogeyman because you have to have someone to instill terror from. So what happened with the war in Iraq? – Oh, My God we have Islamic terrorism.

Just like they shift poppy fields, they shift terrorist threats.

1:10:40 – — Brady: Let’s not miss out on the fact that basically our intelligence agencies and this includes the British MI6 are the ones that created these Islamic Terror Cells in the first place… We created the radicalism.

1:11:00 — Colonel: And we have to have the war to start it so we have Desert Storm 1. Stop any discussions on disclosures on Operation Gladio. That created us a new enemy. AND it allowed us to move into the northern area of Iraq, Syria and Turkey and create new poppy fields there.

1:11:25 – 1:12:20 — Brady: It gets fun, There is a theory I have read recently. It rings pretty true but, “The really smart guys” in DC, their idea for how they are going to control the Middle East at the time. They thought they could topple the Sunni minor Hussein regime and put in a friendly Shiite majority regime. Because the heart of the Shiite religion is in Iraq they thought they could influence the Ayatollah of Iran. That absolutely backfired because Iran put their puppets into Iraq. Our think tanks in DC got it 180 degrees wrong. They actually thought they could de-stabilize Iran thru the Shiite route.

1:12:20 — Colonel: You realize that the president of Iran back in the day before we got the Shaw back, Mosaddegh, So he was a very liberal in a good sense and had modernized Iran. An Operation Gladio Unit took him out.

1:12:45 — Brady: In 1953

1:12:50 – 1:14:30 — Colonel: So this fascist entity can be traced to all of the instability in the Middle East. I just finished a book review on how they created in Egypt the Grand Mufti as head of Islam. See the fascist connection here. They create these Muftis, they created one in Jerusalem. Both of those Muftis are bought and paid for by Britain. They dress up people as who ever they want to implicate, and they create chaos in their countries.

The Mufi in Jerusalem literally took people and dressed them up. They doctored pictures and said Jewish people had burned a Mosque. And then they dressed up Arabs to go attack the Jewish people and kill them. That is how they create the terror. Eventually they did it so often to the Arabs in Palestine that Palestine were like “Oh Help us British government!” That is how they effect change. The create and manufacture terror and that is Operation Gladio It is a terror Machine.

1:14:30 – 1:15:00 — Brady: And then there is the creation of the Muslim Brotherhood by the British. It is really important to notice this post WWII international policy of America is just an extension of the British Foreign Policy of the Previous couple hundred years. It is the divide and conquer. They carved up the Middle East and Africa with the artificial borders specifically so you would have warring tribes that had nothing to do together and put them in one country thru an artificial border so your going to have that strife.

1:15:00 – 1:16:00 — Colonel: So the best example of that to me since I have lived there for six months, is Northern Iraq, Kurdistan. The Kurdish entity, and it was recognized on maps if you go back to the 1930s. You will see it on maps, not that it was a formal country with a president and congress and all that other stuff. It was a KNOWN ENTITY. It was huge. And it overlays today’s, Syria, Iraq, Iran and Turkey. They were recognized as a homogeneous entity and no one messed with them.

After WWII they created fake countries, and dissected up, Kurdistan. Kurdistan was very militant and anybody who ever messed with them got killed. They did not take crap from anybody.

1:16:00 — Brady: They still don’t.

1:16:00 — Colonel: I met in the 1990s most of their leadership. One of them asked me, after I had finished my deployment, to travel to see all the European casinos with him. I turned him down. They are very sweet, personality people but they are deadly lethal at the same time. They have been attacked by Turkey, by Syria, by Iraq and by Iran. And they do hold there own.

But Operation Gladio had Turkish Gladio units dressed up as Kurds attack border cities in Turkey and then they go and use that as a reason to go attack Kurds.

This happened and has happened all over the world.

I think this is so critical a point I am going to take time out from our chronology to say this:

When someone today, tells you that Hamas is doing something? YOU CAN’T BELIEVE THEM! Because number 1, we have probably over a hundred instances of Operation Gladio Units dressing up as somebody else telling you somebody else did something. — Brady: Just this week, out of a European court we got admission that a large majority of the people massacred in Maidan Square were actually done by the Ukrainian Nazis forces.

1:18:00 — Colonel: Azov and Right Sector. That is the beauty of researching Operation Gladio. I can give you exact same replica that happened in Greece. Greece pulled off Operation Gladio that is the exact same Operation Gladio that was pulled of in Maidan in Ukraine. Exactly. They make up a thing. They draw everyone into the town square. They have snipers on the buildings. They focus on women and children if there are any. They create the havoc and then change the regime. They overthrew the Greek president. Once you know their operations and you read thru a book of Operation Gladio that has been documented as Operation Gladio, you will never see things the same again.

1:18:55 — Brady: They tried to do that in Egypt just in the last decade and that is what.. The Muslim Brotherhood was trying to take over Egypt and that is why el-Sisi and the Egyptian military created a military dictatorship. And they are very much opposed to the Muslim Brotherhood. And they are a very important player in this story.

1:19:15 — Colonel: You know that Nasser, who was a nationalist, they tried to kill him, because they did not want him taking the Suez canal back from Britain. Britain HATED Nasser. He is the one who re-established Egypt and kicked the Brits out. He got sabotaged, right, left. And I would argue that the 1967 war was waged to get rid of Nasser. [Remember the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty occurred on June 8, 1967, during the Six-Day War. — GC] Because what you are going to find out once you really get into this is, Israel is NOT the Israel we think it is.

1:19:50 — Brady: To sort of bring this home, all these operations? There are pretty good estimates that the USA since WWII has performed 73 successful color revolutions coups and probably ten that were not successful that we know about. They use the same playbook over and over again.

1:20:15 – 1:22:15 — Colonel: And that is why I call them Operation Gladio. Color Revolution to me is a made-up word. So we do not focus on what they really are…. If I can find documentation that ties a particular one, like the Maidan revolution in Ukraine to Operation Gladio, and there are documents. Then that is Operation Gladio just like the one that happened in Greece. That was Operation Gladio. And you are absolutely right, they are orchestrated out of a coordination cell housed in NATO. They encompass every single national intel organization. Mossad, CIA, MI6, B&D, The Italian secret intel apparatus, I think it is SPR…. But all those organizations, every country has one. They meet under the auspices of NATO. So lets go full circle back to Wesley Clark.

Wesley Clark was in charge of NATO when the Bosnia shit happened. ALL Operation Gladio. {Brady nods.) SO You can tie – Someone sent a video of him actually saying — and I do not know if this was before or after his NATO assignment. I tend to think it was before but I do not know. — that basically he was on the Joint Chiefs of Staff, when someone showed him a document, that after the 1991 invasion of Iraq, that we were going to take over five other countries. And don’t you know we have done operations at every single one of them.

1:22:15 – — Brady: And we had the Arab Spring, just in the last decade. Make no mistake, Russia’s reaction to the Arab Spring. That is what really caused the divide. Between The Great Russian Reset that Hillary and Obama were talking about earlier in Obama’s tenure. We had Skolkovo Innovation Center known as “Silicon Valley” in Russia with Russia cooperating with US corporate interests that were Clinton Foundation donors. That schism happened because the Arab Spring was too close to Russia’s front Door.

After Egypt and Libya, What’s Next for Those Still Under Dictatorships?

As journalists have sought to untangle the disparate threads that unite these uprisings, one of the most interesting revelations has been a common reference to a dusty — but still relevant — book, “From Dictatorship to Democracy.” Earlier this month, the New York Times proclaimed its author, Gene Sharp, a “shy intellectual” who had created “the playbook for revolution” — noting that his work was posted on the Muslim Brotherhood website during the Egyptian uprising, and was cited equally among Tunisians, Bosnians and Estonians in their quest for freedom. So far, it has been translated into 41 languages..

So there is the Milner/Fabian Society tie in. What is really interesting is the Milner Mission in Egypt 1919

In May 1919, Lord Milner was appointed to head a mission to investigate how Egypt could be granted “self-governing institutions” while maintaining the protectorate and safeguarding British interests. The mission arrived in Egypt in December 1919 but was boycotted by the nationalists, who opposed the continuation of the protectorate.

And yes that is the SAME Milner that developed the ‘Round Tables’ like the Council on Foreign Relations. And was part of the The Balfour Declaration of 1917

….“the acceptance by the Allied Powers and the United States of the policy of the Balfour Declaration made it clear from the beginning that Palestine would have to be treated differently”—that is, the Palestinians could not be permitted independence or democratic governance.[60]

This rejection of the Arabs’ right to self-determination was succinctly expressed by Lord Alfred Milner, who told the House of Lords on June 27, 1923, that since Palestine was sacred also to Jews and Christians, “the future of Palestine cannot possibly be left to be determined by the temporary impressions and feelings of the Arab majority in the country of the present day.”

He had three really important students. One of them was Putin, One was their brilliant Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, and the third one is Sergey Glazyev, who runs the Russian central bank. These are people worth reading because they do not like the European Central Bank model what so ever. They understand that it has created a global monetary hegemony. Russia’s survival relies on getting away from the Anglo-American Rules Based Order and the global dollar hegemony.

That was written 22 years ago. Putin’s foreign policy has followed the Primakov Doctrine to a Tee ever since. There are three main pillars of the Primakov Doctrine. The first one is getting away from the dollar. Getting off the dollar based system, the international Bank of Settlements, the International Monetary Fund. [GEE, Seems Biden’s sanctions really helped there! – GC] We are seeing that accomplished.

I am an American patriot, just like you. I do not want to see the USA weakened. But we have used the dollar, not for the betterment of the world. We have used it to bully, this banking system, to bully other countries. This ties into ALL OF IT. It is not just a CIA operation. There are other branches of the government involved.
